DWLX Sheeter Accuracy: Preparing a Finished-Sheet Acceptance Test

2026-08-26 03:10:43

DWLX1300L / DWLX1400L Double Rotary Sheet Cutter

The DWLX1300L and DWLX1400L double rotary sheet cutters are designed for paper and packaging board. The product specifications distinguish material width, cut length, roll handling and stacking requirements for the two models. Review the model specifications alongside the project requirements below.

Translate accuracy into measurable requirements

State the target sheet length, width and squareness requirement, along with edge finish and surface criteria. Where printed positioning is part of the agreed configuration, define its reference separately. Cutting-length deviation and feeding or tracking behaviour are related but not identical measurements. Avoid replacing a detailed acceptance plan with a single statement that the machine is high precision.

Record the test conditions

Identify the DWLX model, paper grade, batch, grammage, roll and sheet dimensions, relevant configuration and trial conditions. The product table lists blank cutting accuracy of ±0.1 mm and a separate tracking-accuracy entry. Treat these as published specifications to clarify with the supplier, including applicable conditions and measurement methods, rather than a guarantee independent of paper quality or job format.

Agree sampling and measurement in advance

Specify the measuring instruments, resolution, method, sample selection and acceptance limits before the trial. Label the sheets so results remain traceable. Include dimensional consistency, edge condition, surface marks and stack presentation where they matter to the next process. Sampling and observation must use safe, authorized procedures; do not reach into running equipment to obtain a measurement.

Review deviations without guessing a repair

Report the measured result, sample identity, timing and whether the pattern is continuous or intermittent. Retain accepted and rejected samples. An observed deviation does not by itself prove a knife, sensor, drive or tension fault, and this test plan is not a calibration guide. Adjustments require authorized personnel and model-specific instructions. Send the test specification and material information to agree a representative trial with Yueda.
