Estimating Usable Output for ZNFH Water Glue Lamination Jobs

2026-08-28 03:11:32

ZNFH1300 / 1400 / 1500 Water Glue Lamination Machine

The ZNFH1300, ZNFH1400 and ZNFH1500 water glue laminators handle paper, film and foil packaging structures. Their described process includes unwinding, gluing, coating, drying and rewinding. Review the model specifications alongside the project requirements below.

Choose the unit of output first

Decide whether the order is planned in accepted linear metres, square metres or finished rolls. Record usable material width and the actual construction. Do not mix gross web area with saleable area or count the same width loss twice. If output is required in mass, use the verified mass per area for the complete laminate rather than only the paper grammage.

Use trial-supported conditions

The ZNFH product table lists a running-speed range of 5–150 m/min. That range is not a daily-output guarantee for every substrate and adhesive. Use a rate demonstrated under the agreed material and quality conditions, and distinguish that rate from the available production time. Drying, quality release and downstream capacity should be assessed for the actual job rather than assumed from the maximum speed.

Build a transparent planning calculation

For an area estimate, use effective width in metres multiplied by trial-supported speed in metres per minute, productive minutes and an acceptance-yield factor between zero and one. Define productive minutes after planned downtime; do not subtract the same losses again through another factor. Base the yield on relevant records, label assumptions clearly, and retain a sensitivity case for a lower rate or longer changeover.

Reconcile estimates with real orders

Log accepted output, held material, setup loss, material changes, waiting time and quality approval. Compare the estimate with similar jobs and update the assumptions when the construction or order mix changes. This makes capacity a testable plan rather than a headline promise. Send your substrate layers, usable width, order lengths, shift availability and target output for a configuration and trial discussion.
