A job-preparation checklist helps a lamination team identify missing information before production and pass accurate records to the next shift. It does not authorize machine startup or replace operator training. For the YDLM1300B, use the supplied manual, approved job instructions and site safety procedures for all operation, inspection and maintenance.
Yueda lists this model for gold and silver cardboard and aluminized transfer paper. Its listed processes include wet lamination, film peeling, back coating and drying. The checklist below concerns documents, responsibilities and traceability, not a procedure for manufacturing plastic membership cards.
Identify the job number, required material structure, finished-roll requirements and approved reference sample.
Confirm that the applicable machine manual and current job instructions are available to the responsible trained personnel.
Identify who may approve settings, respond to an abnormal condition and release finished output.
Resolve missing or conflicting instructions before the responsible team authorizes the job.
Record paper, film or foil, and adhesive identities and batch references. Include relevant supplier information, web width and roll details. Compare the job with the confirmed configuration rather than assuming every combination within a product table is suitable.
The YDLM1300B specification lists an effective working width of 600–1200 mm and wet lamination using water-based glue. Published ranges are equipment information, not an operating recipe. Any process settings must come from the approved instructions for the actual material and machine.
Record whether the required machine-specific readiness checks and outstanding maintenance actions have been completed by authorized personnel. Do not treat this web checklist as evidence that guards, interlocks, electrical systems or heated equipment are safe.
Keep access and material-staging responsibilities clear. Inspection, cleaning, threading and adjustment must follow the applicable safe-access and isolation procedures. Do not bypass protective devices or use a production run to investigate a suspected unsafe condition.
State the agreed checks for appearance, bonding and downstream converting, together with the sample identification and approval responsibility. Distinguish accepted output, material awaiting review and rejected output in the quality records.
For an unexpected result, record the observation and escalate through the approved process. The lamination quality-support brief explains the information to collect without guessing corrective settings.
Pass on the job status, material batches, accepted-sample reference, affected output, open issues and outstanding maintenance or technical instructions. Identify the person responsible for each unresolved item. The next shift should not have to infer approval from an incomplete note or an unlabelled sample.
